How the studio works
We don’t guess what to build. Each idea starts as a one-page promise with a planned price, and the ideas people ask for are the ones that get built. AI does the building and running; a person decides anything about money.
1. Ideas come from trends, not hunches
Rising searches (Exploding Topics), what people tell us in our tools and on social media, verified revenue of similar small software (TrustMRR), and the gaps big products leave open. For every idea we write down what it leaves out that rivals compete on, and what it adds that nobody offers.
2. Every idea gets the same fair test
- At least 14 days and 40 visitors before we judge it.
- 8% or more of visitors join early access and at least 3 say they’d pay the planned price: we build the smallest paid version.
- Under 2% join: we close it and a new idea takes its place.
- In between: we rewrite the promise or the price and test again.
These rules were fixed before the first result came in, and we don’t loosen them.
3. What gets built keeps getting better
Every day while the studio is new (weekly after the first month) we review the numbers, the trends and how we pick ideas, and improve the most successful venture’s product and code.
Honest limits
- Nobody is charged for an experiment. Early access means one e-mail when it opens.
- Planned prices can change before launch; whatever price you’re shown at checkout is the price.
- Some experiments will close. That is the point of testing.
